As an Assistant Manager at ibex, I oversee the compliance activities of multiple customer service teams across different locations. I started as a Compliance Analyst in November 2019, and was promoted to a supervisory (Regional Supervisor) role in February 2023, thanks to my excellent performance and leadership skills. I have more than four years of experience in ensuring that our operations comply with the relevant laws, regulations, policies, and standards, as well as in providing training and guidance to our staff and managers. I am proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, which I use to create reports, presentations, and dashboards to monitor and communicate our compliance status and progress. I also have experience in handling stressful situations, as I previously worked as a Customer Service Team Lead for seven months, where I managed a team of 15 agents and resolved complex customer issues.
