Our cloud-based phone system helps businesses stay connected with their clients and customers, regardless of their location.Position Overview:As a Technical Support Specialist at Cebod Telecom, my primary responsibility is to provide exceptional technical support to our customers. I troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our hosted PBX VoIP system, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation as a reliable and customer-focused company. I also collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve customer issues, provide training to new and existing customers, and continuously improve our customer support processes.Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our hosted PBX VoIP system.- Work with customers to identify and resolve network-related issues that may impact their service.- Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve customer issues.- Provide training and support to new and existing customers on how to use our system effectively.- Recommend areas for improvement to customer support processes.- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.Working as a Technical Support Specialist at Cebod Telecom has been a rewarding experience.
