As an Office Assistant at the Office of Faculty and Academic Resources, I am responsible for a variety of administrative and support tasks, including •Digitalization: Scanning retirement files and contributing to the digitalization of departmental files.•Data Analytics: Assisting in data analysis projects to support departmental decision-making.• File Management: Creating, organizing, and maintaining both physical and digital files.• Document Handling: Managing paperwork, handling transcripts, salary documents, and confidential information.

As one of the undergraduate research assistants at Cognitive Neuroscience lab, I am training to investigate the impact of sleep on emotional memory consolidation in individuals with varying levels of depressive symptoms. I am gaining hands-on experience leading participants through the study, operating EEG equipment, and monitoring brain waves during sleep.

-As a New Student Orientation assistant, I managed front-line duties as a student line regulator, scanner, and help desk assistant, ensuring seamless sessions and providing direct support to students and parents.-I organized back-end administrative tasks including materials, folders, nametags, data entry, and workflow maintenance, effectively communicating campus resources and student life information to diverse audiences, enhancing engagement and satisfaction, and adapting to schedule fluctuations to promptly resolve issues

As a member of outreach, I am currently involved in helping to coordinate activities that promote the Space Lab’s initiatives and research projects.

- I Coordinated and Oversaw various charity events in the rural orphanages in kathmandu.- I Oversaw ‘Food ration and winter relief material distribution’ at ‘Hamro Orphanage’ in lalitpur.’
