AND Non IT Positions from Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter AND Ladders.• Involved in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and screening, qualifying and negotiating rates.• Involved in searching the resumes from portals like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Zip recruiter AND Ladders.• Good understanding of recruitment process both in terms of W-2 and 1099.• Short listing the candidates based on the skill sets and experience.• Developing client base for simultaneous development of the organizations growth.• Interviewing and skill assessment over the phone.• Ensure that resume appropriately reflects experience and requirement.• Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.• Check for the Candidate willingness to relocate to the Project location in case he/she is not a local Candidate.• Orient the candidates if any end client interview is arranged for them.• Excellent analysis, Screening, Cold calling to the consultants, Negotiations and closing the consultants for the Contractual positions that can help actualize corporation’s missions etc.• Handled all the IT technologies involving combination of complex skill.• Expertise in dealing with the consultants on GC and Citizens, etc.• Extensively used different Websites for Requirements on Contractual Positions which matches the profiles of the consultants.• Dynamic team player, positive thinker, deadline aware flexible personality.• Strong communication Skills and work ethics.• Negotiate salaries/Rates with Employers or Consultants.• Ensure that adequate numbers of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.• Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the vendor which is required for making an end client submission.• Effectively deal with US Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1b’s.
