Brookefields is the first shopping mall in Coimbatore with a built-up area of 4,00,000sq.ft spread across 4 floors housing around 110 stores. The Food court on the 3rd-Floor is one of the largest in South India with 22 food counters operational and a capacity of around 720 seats. Some famous brands in the Food court include KFC, McDonalds, Subway, Wangs kitchen, Sukh Sagar, Kobe Sizzlers, Pizza Corner, Kaati Zone & Baskin Robbins among others. Have been involved with setting up of the food court right from the project stage and have closed deals with most of the food court operators. I manage the day to day operations of the Food court with regard to kitchen operators liaison’s, Housekeeping, Cash counters with 6 terminals, Gas bank and coordinating with other core departments like Maintenance, Accounts, Marketing, Security & Safety on a day-to-day basic to ensure smooth functioning of the Food court. Have regularly coordinated with marketing and been a part of major events and festival celebrations.• BROOKEFIELDS, Coimbatore has recently been awarded the IMAGES most admired shopping centre of the year 2012: Non Metros-South• KFC outlet at Brookefields has consistently been among the top 3 stores when it comes to sales in Tamilnadu state
