Have been involved with setting up of the food court right from the project stage and have closed deals with most of the food court operators. I manage the day to day operations of the Food court with regard to kitchen operators liaison’s, Housekeeping, Cash counters with 6 terminals, Gas bank and coordinating with other core departments like Maintenance, Accounts, Marketing, Security & Safety on a day-to-day basic to ensure smooth functioning of the Food court.
