 Responsible for Procurement of Automobile Stamping parts with Sub Contract Supplier and Raw material to production unit. Procurement of various grades of steel products like CR, HR, coated Sheets. Releasing the purchase order (in SAP ) & issuing of schedules to the vendors and follow-up for timely deliveries. Monitoring daily in-ward materials as per schedules. Preparing the monthly, weekly and daily RM requirement list. Managing logistics functions and price negotiation with the transporters. Daily reporting to the management about materials planning. To follow-up the bought out parts items. Preparing Yearly Budget for raw material and vendor stamping product Co-ordinating with the stores department and involve all the activities in the stores. Handling user complaints and taking counter measures. Reconciliation with the vendor. To prepare the RM monthly budget. Inspecting the inward and outward coils, blanks & sheets. Maintaining inventory level without any variance by co-ordinating with stores in-respect of stock verification, storage condition, receipts, issues and shortages. Managing logistics functions. Leading the team members in the new projects.  Co-ordinating with the quality department to solve the quality issues. Involving in the cost reduction projects.
