DUTIES & RESPONSIBITIES:• Working with billing team for U.S. providers.• Working on Claim Processing and Updating the COB Information • Working on Clearing House & Payer Rejects.• Updating rejections data sheet & cash logs for various locations on daily basis.• Tracking on high volume rejections, preparing daily billing summary with rejection reports.• Pulling reports from required software’s on daily, weekly & monthly basis and also working on weekly reports.• Fixing demographical issues when we receive high volume rejections.• Consolidation of Rejections & assigning work orders to team.• Training assistance provided to new joinees. • Working on special requests and client e-mails on daily basis.
