project completed: sobha creek vista (G+3P+28+ Roof),Sobha waves (G + 5P +31 + Roof).Project ongoing: Crest Grande Three Towers (G+5P+42+Roof).Roles and Responsibilities.1.Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. 2.Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards.3.Resolve any technical issues or discrepancies that may arise during construction, ensuring that work proceeds smoothly.4.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.5.Develop detailed plans and schedules for facade installation activities, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budget constraints.6.Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.7.Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on project status, issues, and milestones.8.Collaborate with procurement teams to identify and procure facade materials, components, and systems required for the project9.Collaborate with design teams to address design changes, modifications, or discrepancies during construction.

1.Execution in charge of Aluminum and structural glazing work.2.Executing works as per Safety & Quality Norms..3.Checking and verification of bills submitted by the subcontractor 4.Achieve the target revenue of the project through effective deployment of resources and efficient planning.5.To interact with supervisor and sub-contractor for achieving targets on daily basis. 6.Preparation of Method statement and risk assessment for facade installation work.Follow up on PR and PO With commerical team. 7.Responsible for adhering to the daily plan and meet the daily progress.8.Identify the scope for improvements in the assigned areas and provide adequate resources, guidance, and motivation to the team to implement ideas.
