• Auditing Daily worked accounts of all the reps based on the process i.e. Authorization Follow-up.• Make sure the individual rep performance does not go below 100%• Ensure the team follows the SOP and Review the same periodically for any required changes.• Maintain and update Issue/escalation tracker, Review root causes identified for escalations.• Review Global issues identified by the team and take appropriate steps to fix them.• Conduct daily brief, share product update, Floor presence to ensure discipline and hourly progress.• Conduct One on One meeting and report every individual’s issues/needs and Status.• Carve out individual production Improvement plan to increase the efficiency• Set Target periodically and help the associates reach the assigned targets by coaching the individuals on the areas of improvement.• Also Review Daily Quality reports from Quality Department, ensure it reaches the individuals and feedback given in time• Review bottom performers trending, identify training needs and plan refresher training.• Ensure the team is above the desired Quality Norms.
