Review RFQ and prepare questioners▪ Discuss with client for better understanding of their requirements▪ Vendor selection based on the requirement ▪ Follow-up with vendor’s in getting detailed quote with in framed timeline▪ Vendor evaluation and cost finalization with detailed bill of materials and scope considerations▪ Project cost sheet preparation▪ Prepare detail schedule for assigned job to be done▪ Assign/ allocate team for handling the project▪ Control over project schedule, costing, and other related resources.▪ Conduct weekly project review meetings with client▪ Safe working methodology planning for Equipment Installation▪ Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety procedures, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety PPE’s.▪ Conduct daily tool box talk based on the activity at work place.▪ Inspect facilities, tools & machinery, and safety equipment’s in order to identify and correct potential hazards to ensure work place safety.▪ Initiate safety patrolling and deploy corrective measures to minimize hazards and risk at work environment.▪ Report or investigate findings from any incident / near miss.▪ Ensure permit systems for non-routine activities before commencement of work.▪ Inspect the equipment’s, tools & tackles physical condition and its competent person certifications
