Leads the Tendering Team in developing Winning Proposals for Mammoet Middle East and Africa, Central Asia, North, West, Central Asia, and Asia Pacific.Areas of responsibility• Develop winning proposals in coordination with tendering team, CommercialManagers, Contracts, Engineering, Operations, Finance, procurement, and other supporting functions as so required• When necessary produce proposal compliance matrix, budget, schedule and assignments of proposal responsibilities to department• Develop proposal and execution risk matrices in coordination with Commercial Managers, tendering team and other functional departments• Plan and conduct proposal technical and pricing review sessions• Participate in the development of Project Execution Plan (PPEP), scope definition, project procedures, budgets and project schedules.• Coordinate and participate in project kick-off meetings and handover proposal documents, budgets and necessary requirements to Operational and Finance Departments

Provides Engineering support to Mammoet’s Middle East Projects,Prepares Engineered Lifts and Tansport schemes, drawings and calculations as per Mammoet Standards. Prepares Method Statements and Risk Analysis for operational reference and Client’s approval.Prepares calculations to check the safety and efficiency of proposed lifting, erection and transportation scheme such as trailer stability, lashings, rigging, structural stability, turning radii and ground bearing pressure to meet Client requirements.Visits jobsites to provide Engineering support to the Project during operations and at the site during construction of new plants, shutdowns and live plants.Conducts route surveys and Site assessment for project execution, operations, feasibility studies and tendering.Liaise with Sales department and attends technical meetings with the Clients.
