My role is the final point of approval for Indian Solutions, system design and architecture and I am involved in ongoing customer relationships and delivery of service.Technical Sales Solution:> Customise solutions as per requirement of the client.> Assisting the sales team with any technical queries.> Technical Resource for all Thinklogical products> Final approval on all maintenance contracts involving products outside the Christie portfolio.> Assist the Sales team with tender specifications on system design and specification.> Responsible for delivery on complex systems that have any of the following:> Multiple Projectors> Auto Calibration> Signal matrix switching> Spyder Configurations and Installations> Inclusion of third party products in solutions> System Installation and commissioning Services> Active involvement in demo systems and deploymentProject Management(Technical):> Responsible for overall planning, coordination, execution, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts;> Establish and implement project processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations;> Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately;
