As Aerodynamics Lead, I am responsible for the design, simulation, and manufacturing of the aerodynamic package for our Formula SAE car. I used ANSYS Fluent to refine the front wing design over two years, achieving a 36% increase in aerodynamic efficiency while meeting center of pressure requirements. Additionally, I am leading the production of composite aerodynamic elements, reducing weight and developing consistent manufacturing practices for long-term use.

Assisted in designing and manufacturing the aerodynamics package for a competition-winning FSAE car. Modeled and analyzed components in SolidWorks and ANSYS to optimize performance and meet center-of-pressure goals. Gained hands-on experience with wet layups and prepreg lamination to produce structural and aerodynamic components.
