In Sam's position as Sales and Marketing Manager he is responsible for:- Site acquisition- Market Supply & Demand research- Feasibility reports- Product design advisory - Pricing strategy and structure research- Project branding and positioning- Marketing budgets and media campaigns- Sales display planning and fit outs- Project Sales- Salesperson recruitment, training & management- Generation of new 3rd party sales channels via property marketing groups, mortgage brokers, financial planners, accountants and property sale aggregators- Creation & Management of In house systems to fully support sales team- Management of project databases, client reporting- After sales client service and management- Project re-sales
