Overseeing the Talent Acquisition across the UK

Working with Graphite as an Interim recruiter to help them grow their team as they move into 2021.

During my time working on behalf of Talent, I was responsible for the recruitment process at Civica Digital.I was placed on site and worked closely with the hiring managers to build out their technology teams across their UK offices.During this time I had a lot of exposure to Software Developers in the UK and was responsible for attracting them to join Civica Digital.

During my time at Paratus, I was put in charge of looking after the company's key accounts and making sure that they were being given the proper level of care and attention. This included consulting with clients to improve their end to end recruitment process.This included a lot of contact with hiring managers as well as finding candidates throughout Europe to take on exciting roles throughout the Broadcast and IoT industries.

During my time working with Opus - I was put in charge of managing and delivering into Foster + Partners. I was tasked with finding top talent across the world (Americas, Asia, Europe).I was responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and communicating with internal managers/stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.I was responsible for ~150 placements during my time working at F+P and we cut recruitment costs down by 70% in our first year.I was also in charge of a team of 7 recruitment consultants, who I managed and trained up to an acceptable standard.

During my time working at Opus I was in charge of the Foster + Partners RPO. This was the business' largest account at the time. I managed a team of 6 people to better deliver the client's requirements.
