Significant accomplishments include; ** Managed the integration of MJ Research and Bio-Rad business practices, operations and enterprise wide business systems.** Initiated plant consolidation and outsourcing plan which reduced annual operating costs by over $3.0M. ** Led implementation of a 25K sf manufacturing center in Singapore that resulted in product cost reductions of ~25%.** Oversaw the development and launch of the next generation line of instrumentation. ** Renegotiated facility lease into smaller more cost effective facility resulting in $1.5M in annual cost savings.Special Assignments:** Served as interim General Manager for $40M Canadian sales and distribution operation based in Toronto.** Member of site selection and business start-up team for off-shore R&D center located in Shanghai.** Managed an executive project team in the evaluation and selection of a new global ERP system.
