I led a traded service for East Sussex County Council, supporting, training and developing schools’ use of software packages, in particular MIS and Learning Platforms. key responsibilities included;• Overseeing business unit with a turnover in excess of £1,000,000• Managing service desk and training provision for over 200 schools• Leading project delivery to schools using Prince 2 and ITIL (V3) standards• Line management of 16 staff including 2 managers• Assisting the development of council’s IT strategy for schools
