-The preparation and uploading of the daily auto receipting process from the bank statement. This involved the allocation of payments into the correct customer account and the posting of any relevant general journal entries-The completion of the daily bank reconciliation.-Downloading the weekly debtors report to excel and using this to call outstanding clients who have overdue accounts and to seek remittance advice for payments received.-Banking of customer cheques.-Attending to customer queries on Gmail and liaising with Sales Reps regarding customer issues or queries.-Approving customer credit application forms to set up credit accounts based on seven, thirty or forty five day terms.-Processing of credit notes.-Liaising with client’s one on one to perform account reconciliations if various issues have arisen.-The completion of balance sheet reconciliations of various liability and asset accounts. This also included the procedure to ensure that all the appropriate documentation was included.-The posting of end of month journals upon request.

This included children as young as 3.-Developing adequate lesson plans to fully nurture the necessary skills.-Provide the children with a safe learning environment. -The facilitation of the learning progress of each student, whether the student is a visual, auditory or kinesthetic learner. It was my responsibility to determine the best learning approach for each student. Then progress to teach the children the adequate tennis skills, based on this information.
