Sam Peyton serves as Director of Government Relations at ONEOK, where he is responsible for working with public officials on legislative and regulatory matters impacting the oil and gas industry. ONEOK is a leading midstream operator across 22 states, including import/export facilities along the U.S. Gulf Coast. Through more than 60,000 miles of pipeline, ONEOK transports natural gas, natural gas liquids, refined products, crude oil, and renewable fuels that help meet global energy demand. Prior to the ONEOK/Magellan Midstream merger, Sam was Assistant Director of Policy & Government Affairs at AIPAC in Washington, DC where he focused on the U.S.-Israel defense relationship. Sam worked with officials from the legislative and executive branches to strengthen critical programs such as missile defense, counter-drone development, and subterranean warfare technology. Sam earned a Master of Business Administration in a joint program between the University of Oklahoma and New York University and holds a B.A. in political science and international security.
