During my second stint with Wichita State, I hold many day to day and gameday responsibilities. My main daily responsibilities include maintaining a natural dirt and grass softball field and an artificial turf baseball field and performing repairs in our baseball and softball stadiums as necessary. I act as the visiting team and umpire liaison for both softball and baseball. As a visiting team liaison, I create and send out a visiting team guide to all our opponents for the year at the beginning of the season, reach out to visiting teams a week prior to home contests to confirm a practice time and to confirm travel plans, and to assist with any issues that may arise. As an umpire liaison, I send out hotel information and confirmation numbers to all officials a week out from contests and assist with any issues that may arise. Finally, I assist with the gameday operations for all 13 of our varsity sports, including helping to manage event staff personnel and assisting guests with any issues they may have.

During my time at UALR I held multiple responsibilities. One of the main ones that I held was that I was the game manager for women's soccer, volleyball, women's basketball, and men's wrestling. As game manager, I managed several event staff personnel to help enhance our customer experience, was the visiting team/referee liaison and took care of any needs they may have had, assisted the director of facilities in scheduling officials and ball kids/chasers, and assisted in the scheduling of university police officers and city of Little Rock EMS. My other duties included assisting in the daily maintenance of 5 different athletic facilities, ordering and getting team store apparel inventoried, and ordering and getting inventoried concession stand items.

During my time with the Windsurge I held multiple responsibilities. My main role on gamedays was to assist in the deployment of our event staff personnel along with parking staff personnel. I was directly in charge of the parking staff, which we brought in between $1500-$2000 dollars per night with only two paid parking lots. I assisted in helping to solve any guest complaints and to help make the gameday experience for our attendees the best it could be. On days we did not host events, I was in charge of stadium maintenance and getting our event staff and parking staff scheduled for gamedays.

During my first stint at Wichita State, as a student assistant I held many responsibilities. My main responsibility was to assist with the daily maintenance of 5 athletic venues. I also assisted in setting up our venues for gamedays and tearing down after events had ended. Finally, I assisted with all gameday operations which included helping manage our event staff personnel and assisting guests with any problems they may have. I also had the great pleasure of being able to be apart of many high profile events, which included NCAA Men's basketball regional in 2018, NCAA Volleyball regional in 2017, 2019 & 2021 TBT Regionals, and many high school championships.
