Therapist turned UX Researcher, I bring my empathic and person-centered approach to my passion of investigating user and customer needs in digital experiences. My training in Gestalt therapy enables my unique ability to conceptualize user behaviors and motivations, as well as my ability to quickly connect with users on a human level.
