I’m a social psychologist expertized in people management, a fluent facilitator and an enthusiastic workplace developer. Currently, I am working as a People Operations Specialist at Accountor focusing in talent acquisition and development in Accountor's financial management software business. I've also worked as an organizational designer at Idego Consulting, and helped teams and working communities in reaching a better quality of working life. I’ve gained experience in facilitating conversations, coaching teams, organizing workshops and leading projects towards better wellbeing at work. At the moment, I'm enhancing my expertise and finalizing my master's studies in People Management and Organizational Development at Aalto University School of Business.As a social psychologist I’m a professional in human interaction. I’ve been described as an emphatic and an open person. In every encounter with different people, whether it is with colleagues or customers, my goal is to make everyone feel safe, empowered and that they can be as much themselves as possible.
