I completed my Chef's apprenticeship at Marque Restaurant, Marque was voted 67 and 70 in the world's best restaurants, best restaurant in Australia, and Chef of the year during my time there. During my apprenticeship, I worked 5 days a week and studied 1 day a week at TAFE.
