As the Director of Consulting Services at M-Files Inc., USA, Samppa was the first resource at M-Files North American HQ to ramp up the professional services business, customer service business, and existing business sales. In addition to being the first person to run these functions, he hired and trained the teams as well as helped the business to grow to.

• Running a board of directors as the chairman.
• Building a world-class quantum startup business with 4M investment, enabling triple-digit growth year-on-year in both revenue and market share.

• Building the team of founders with diverse backgrounds and setting the business up for good growth
• Quanscient builds the simulation tools of tomorrow by combining world-class simulation algorithms and quantum computing, all this operating in a scalable, modern cloud environment.
• Assisted in raising initial seed capital, recruited board members, and identified key external stakeholders.
• Established a Go-To Market (GTM) strategy
