I am the founder and Managing Director of Bit Solutions, an IT managed services provider (MSP) and cloud services provider (CSP) based in the South East of England. Our vast client base, built almost exclusively through word of mouth and recommendations, ranges from smaller 5-10 man organisations up to national companies with 400+ employees.Having started my professional IT career with a leading regional law firm, I went on to form Bit Solutions initially as an umbrella company to provide consultancy services to leading organisations including the RSPCA and Astrium (as part of the European Galileo space project). In 2010, having had enough of travelling around and wanting to expand the business, I changed Bit Solutions to be focused on enterprise IT for businesses.Since then, we have gone from strength to strength winning multiple multi-million pound contracts as well as catering for smaller business needs. We have a great team of technical geniuses who have the ability to design, install and maintain an array of complex IT solutions for companies, but with a focus on providing solutions and outcomes for our clients rather than confusing them with all the clever stuff that happens to make that delivery possible.I have written a number of published articles on a range of technologies and continue to take, when time allows, an active role in the enterprise IT community. When not running and growing the business, or buried in designing sophisticated IT solutions, you can find me enjoying time with my wife and two children or watching rugby, either at The Bishop's Stortford Rugby Club (where we are one of the biggest sponsors) or at Twickenham cheering on England!
