I have been working in management for over 14 years. I started working in domiciliary care and support living where I use to manager a number of supported living flats. During which time I was nominated for a national learning disabilities awards in the 'front line leader' of the year award category. I joined a company offering residential care, respite care and day services, where I was responsible for a number of operational sides of the business. Including managing and training 50+ staff, attending and arranging MDT meetings, and supporting the owner with marketing and developing of the business. We were proud to receive outstanding CQC ratings for 2 of our homes and we were awarded with the Southend business awards, customer service of the year award. I was interviewed for this award. In 2018 I was approached to apply for the unit managers role at Southend PET CT Centre. I was successful in the application and was appointed manager. I was there for over 3 years, where I lead a team of radiographers, clinical assistants and administrators in building the reputation of the business. We were able to increase capacity allowing us to open 7 days a week. I was responsible for the units P&L and in each year I was at Southend PET CT Centre we were able to overachieve in our financial targets. This would lead me to becoming the Alliance Medical manager of the year for financial year 2019. We achieved a 'good' rating with CQC.In 2021 I became centre manager for the European scanning centres in Harley Street and Marylebone. With over 14 years experience in management. I am proud of the skill set that I have. I enjoy problem solving and my passion is managing, motivating and developing teams and I like to think out the box. My passion is growing the business I am responsible for and meeting targets. I also have a passion in the quality of the service that I am responsible for which benefits our patients and customers.
