To ensure the consistent quality standards of production by developing quality assurance plans, conducting different Quality Control analyses, identifying important data collection stages, validating quality processes through different attributes and reviewing the production via different views, monitoring procedures, providing documentation of validated processes and managing staff effectively to get the desired results within the received deadlines.Discussing different issues and developing effective quality procedures in conjunction with Head of operations & client following the client requirements of different complex projects.Ensure timely notification to the client about the projects’ trends and variations.Ensure meeting deadlines for the reporting of all projects and the reporting format as required by the client differently for different projects. Ensure that all quality standards are met by all departments, by explaining the importance of maintaining quality standards.
