• Coordinate with management in an effort to establish new training methods, maintain day-to-day pharmacy activities, monitor and prioritize workflow, all geared towards providing best services to patients and running a seamless operation in the process.• Process prescription orders and dispense medication; communicate with prescribers and patients to ensure the accuracy of the prescribed medications; create and update patient health and insurance information. • Interact with prescribers to in order to obtain refills and resolve prescription issues.• Interact with third parties, including carriers, to obtain and process insurance payments and refilling authority.
