I have a strong background in business innovation, entrepreneurship, and technological innovation, and I am always looking for new ways to create value for our customers and partners.In 2018, I recognised the opportunity to disrupt an industry dominated by large corporates that were providing BPO services globally, but at the expense of their customers, staff, and culture. I founded In2linx with the vision of delivering all business process applications as a service, enabling corporations to only pay for what they use and retain their core competencies. Since then, we have grown rapidly and successfully, serving clients across various sectors and regions, and delivering high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. I am proud of the impact we have made on the industry and the society, and I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities ahead.
