• Develop and conduct comprehensive food safety training sessions for staff in hotels, schools, hospitals, and other relevant settings. Ensure adherence to updated safety protocols and regulations.• Deliver specialized Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) training to staff members. • Emphasize the importance of risk assessment and preventive measures in food handling.• Foster awareness among employees regarding food hygiene practices. Responsibilities & tasks;Literature survey on the types of packaging materials used in the industry & suggesting its alternatives.Lab work including Aflatoxin estimation by HPLC, salt purity test, iodine content estimation in iodised salt etc.Visit to the production plants.
