With a personal passion for archery and as a professional archer, I teach the sport to over 60 students per term. My responsibilities include setting up the ranges, supervising, instructing, monitoring students' progress and maintaining the archery equipment. I work with the Athletic Centre personnel at UTSC to coordinate and develop the Archery Program, ensuring high standards in the extracurricular program.

As the laboratory and teaching assistant for Introductory Chemistry courses, I provide lab instruction, set up laboratory exercises, and perform tutorials under the direction of the course professor. I assist students on an individual or group basis with lab and related assignments and problems, and also assess the students' laboratory progress and graded laboratory examinations in consultation with the course professor.

I wrote my thesis about direct quantitative determination of trace lead in drinking water samples using two methods of anodic stripping voltammetry and atomic absorption spectroscopy. My experiment involved analytical chemistry methods and their applications associated with analytical error, calibration, and methodology; I was able to demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in learning different laboratory instruments. The experimental design confirmed the high concentration of heavy metals in drinking waters of downtown Toronto with collaboration of City of Toronto Research Group. In addition, I summarized the findings by writing a thesis report which contributed to the faculty of Physical and Environmental Sciences at the University of Toronto.
