 Creating the QM view for the newly created materials.., activating inspection types for the Material. Create & Maintain Quality info record for the vendor,Creation of Master inspection characteristics. Creation of Defect codes and task codes,Creating and updating inspection plan. Follow up for the Quality Notification created.,Supporting end user in their daily task. Supervising the Quality department activities of Assembly, Final Acceptance.  Give guidelines and monitor the activities of Quality Inspectors & Supervisor. Follow up of corrective and preventive actions for the nonconformance. Monitoring the Line & Assembly rejections, and coordinating with Production, Assembly and engineering team to implement the actions. Carry out Product audit for different categories of product.Carry out Process audit as per schedule(monthly basis) Planning for instruments for new operations and products. Conducting stage wise inspection for new products.  Coordinating the activities of quality inspectors of different functional area to achieve Department goal. Attending customer complaints and enquiries.Coordianting with Department head in preparation of documents.
