Working for the Auckland Business Support Team, I was responsible for ensuring that the candidate pool was constantly replenished with high quality candidates. I was also responsible for conducting background checks, skills testing and psychometric tests on all prospective candidates whilst supporting the Business Manager with client liaison.

I managed a new initiative for The University of Auckland - a mentoring program to help first year students settle into varsity life. My role involved recruiting, training and managing over 100+ student mentors across 7 faculties.

I was responsible for managing a group of 40 Student Advisors who worked at the University Contact Centre and the Student Information Centre.

Providing prospective, current and past students with information relating to admission, enrollment, graduation and referring them to the appropriate campus resources.
