I started my career individually as a sales person 20 years back and gradually gained experience on how to deal with customers. Later, when I was promoted and allowed to handle team, I implemented my knowledge to guide my junior colleagues, which I obtained at ground level for achieving target assigned to us. I faced failure often, and learnt so many things from failure, and each failure made me more mature as well. I have also had tips from my senior supervisors with whom I used to work earlier. It was found so many times, that a good performer of today, might not become a good leader tomorrow. I served most of my career in Banking and Finance industry with loan back ground in recent past. Lending business, as per my belief, is the backbone of Banking or Finance industry, as it can fetch revenue to sustain and grow in the market. Those Banks who do not have various loan verticals, depend on third party products. During my career path I achieved many awards, recognition and certificates which were the outcome of my hard work, team and time management and never give-up attitude. I served in various organizations with loyalty and honesty, as well as left many with dignity. I want to conclude saying that, apart from whatsoever I obtained through out my career path, my colleagues, juniors and supervisors of my earlier jobs still remember me by my name and sharing of their feelings even today, is my best achievement, I do believe.
