Key Responsibilities:Spearheading efforts in Business Development, generating prospective lead for Mutual Fund and Fixed Deposit and creating new database through telecalling and acquisition of new Demat/Broking account. Accountable for handling system entry of IPO, MF and Fixed Deposit. Marketing for Custodian Account. Involved Mobilization Third Party Product (TPP), actively involved in interfacing with various Asset Management companies (AMC). Maintaining relationship with Franchisees and Sub-Brokers. DP related operational activities involving processing of account opening, Dematerialization, Trade instructions, handled Broking Terminal as a Dealer. Involved in the Recovery and Collection activities on daily basis. Tasked with System entry of all the issues related to Third Party Investments (FD, Bonds, MF and IPO). Extending support and providing necessary support to all our clients, franchisees and sub-brokers. Contributing as the Relationship Manager to all the clients (Retail, HNI and Corporate) and handling their grievances and providing solution. Taking care of the Mutual Fund Portfolios of the HNI clients with respect to market condition. Monitoring compliance issues related to Fund Investment (FD, MF, Bonds) operations and sales. Preparing MIS report for the Branch about fund mobilization. Maintained a database for the branch.Actively participated in various promotional Ad-Campaigning activities for Business development.
