1. Execution of project orders & coordinating with internal departments for technical matters2. Procurement of power plant equipment’s, piping components & accessories, heavy Alternator/Generator and motor components (consumables, sub assembly & bought out components)3. Responsible for purchase of Hardware’s, Machined components & components required for final assembly4. Getting proposals from different vendors negotiate and finalize order within the budget of contract signed.5. Preparing delivery schedule, ensure timely readiness of equipment for inspection and delivery of the procured material at site by regular follow up with suppliers & transporters etc.6. Also ensuring timely submission of the document to achieve invoicing as per the schedule and managing payment requisitions as per PO placed.

1. Responsibilities of Global sourcing and import and online purchase.2. Evaluating suppliers with support from Quality Dept. and placing order / Rate Contract with the potential suppliers in order to meet the targets maintaining the accurate Inventory.3. Responsible for developing parts and components (SMD Forms) along with supplier base for the critical materials.4. Co-ordinate and manage to get the information from suppliers regarding the status of products on regular basis in order to prevent the delay in deliveries.5. To work with the team to drive the execution of the strategies, quality, cost, delivery, and supply base in line with the defined requirements.6. Coordination with Finance department for timely release of payments, clearance of unadjusted advances payments, penalty charged to the suppliers.7. To do cost reduction by negotiation & to search alternate supplier8. Identification & clearing of non-moving items consultation with design & other departments & suppliers & managing inventory target by bringing materials when required9. Average yearly purchase volume of materials is 06 crore rupees (approx.)
