A B-Tech Graduate in Electrical Engineering and Certified Chartered Engineer having 12 plus years of experience which appears to be concentrated mainly in strategic planning, Project Management, Budgeting, Cost Control, Risk & Contract Management.Responsible for Planning / scheduling, cost engineering, cost estimating and cost analysis/control activities for a major project. Directs cost estimating, analysis, and control activities. Directs schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, impact identification, and recovery plan development activities. Directs the preparation and presentation of project/program cost forecasts.Supports project/program organizational and administrative activities. Provides generally nonroutine cost engineering/planning and scheduling guidance. Identifies, analyzes, and provides innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning/scheduling problems. Responsible for the development, execution, and management of all facets of a Project Controls plan / program.Reviews and approves Earned Revenue Determination Data, Proposal Financial Summaries, Project Financial Status Reports, and Charge for Project Working Capital calculations for assigned project/program.Plans staffing needs for assigned project/program. Prepares, coordinates, and directs Project Controls presentations to client management, as required. Prepares the Project Controls Plan for assigned project/program. Provides leadership in terms of Project Controls activities such as Planning, Schedule Development, Change Management, Forecasting, Cost, Trends, and Claims. Provides leadership and guidance for the analysis of cost & planning efforts / reports.
