BrainStox is also involved in sales of IT Hardware and After-Market support.Key Enterprise Impact: HR Strategy: Key person to build HR strategy for achieving HR Excellence for the new HR department and defined HR Policies / Procedures and to provide in-sights into HR issues – Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Leadership Development, Rewards & Benefits, Organizational Development etc. Training & Development: Provide direction and development of lasting leadership development programs within the business and ensure that programs meet deadlines and are completed within the allocated budgets in co-ordination with Learning Development Team. Employee Engagement: Develop Employee Engagement action plans that helped to facilitate large-scale cultural change & address engagement needs. Support and integrate across all levels of organization to leverage employee needs for both internal communications / employee engagement action plans whilst connecting needs to organizational goals / strategy. Competency Mapping & Performance Management: Evaluate behavior, knowledge and skills to identify skill gaps, enhance hiring quality and productivity. Advisor to the business unit leadership on total rewards strategically initiatives like retention bonuses, Niche skilled Incentive plan, Merit hike etc.
