Ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data published in SNL products. Leads the day-to-day operations and workflow of the department. Maintains a high level of subject matter expertise related to content set, including knowledge of internal applications and external products. Develops and supervises departmental goals and projects in collaboration with Content leadership. Assists Associate Directors and Directors with cross-departmental initiatives while also communicating status reports on their own departments. Coordinates training and development for department staff. Sets individual goals and provides performance evaluations for department staff.

 Monitor the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level. Involved in quarterly review and certification of Risk Control Matrices, Escalation Matrices and process documentation for the processes. Manage stable operations by coordinating closely with the business owner and various departments heads; monitor the performance with respect to various SLA’s and take corrective measures.  Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback. Automated and simplified daily processes with an emphasis on aging reports, currently utilized by various business heads.

I have been in Global F & A process and served US based brokerage and Bank for their Payment Reconciliation process. Reconciliation of Settlement Accounts, nostro and vostro accounts, Foreign Exchange accounts and money market accounts. Lead a team of 4 member and the job responsibility to ensure that the team meets daily SLA and customer expectations.
