Organize office audits, TMSA compliance, business development.

Close monitoring of around 40 Oil/Chemical/Product Tankers with respect to post fixture voyage planning, thorough monitoring of all operations, liaison with owners/charterers in compliance with the charter party and management contracts. Arranging and preparing vessels for SIRE inspections, close liaison with different OIL MAJORs for smooth terminal turnaround and vessel approval.

• Day to day ship administration, performance analysis and feedback in compliance with company objectives and policies and International regulations• Communication with managers, owners & charterers for day to day running of the ships• Ensuring shipboard working procedures are as per ISM code and company safety management system for an accident free & efficient work environment• Preparation and monitoring of budget. Purchase & inventory control of stores and consumables• Breakdown maintenance planning, short term strategies & implementation• Training, mentoring & performance evaluation of junior officers and crew• Implementation, documentation, audits and reporting & ensuring workings as per the principles of ISM code, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001• Successfully prepared vessel and cleared vessel inspections by oil majors, PSC, Flag state authorities and classification societies.
