Driven by a passion for transformative learning, I have dedicated my career to introducing and enhancing authentic experiential education-driven travel programs in India and Nepal. My journey in experiential education began in 2014 after attending a pivotal Conclave in Bangalore, which ignited my commitment to this innovative educational approach.My early career as a Sales and Marketing Executive and later as a Program Instructor at an Adventure-Based Learning company in India laid the foundational skills for creating engaging, educational experiences. This experience enriched my understanding and led me to further my expertise at Y Camp in the Berkshires. I was a Program Instructor for two seasons, crafting impactful outdoor learning experiences.I sought to deepen my knowledge and pursued a Master's in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University. This academic journey was a transformative experience, as it not only enhanced my theoretical understanding but also provided me with practical skills in facilitating educational journeys. During this period, I also served as a Lead Facilitator for the university’s in-house programs, further honing my outdoor leadership skills through leading outbound trips across Minnesota.Post-graduation, I expanded my global perspective by working as a Field Instructor for summer travel programs in Hawaii and a GAP semester in India & Nepal. These experiences broadened my international exposure and solidified my commitment to integrating experiential learning with cultural immersion. This diverse experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of different cultures and their educational needs, which I bring to my work at iEXP 360.Inspired to tailor these global educational practices for local and international audiences, I founded iEXP 360. At iEXP 360, we are committed to designing world-class, safety-conscious programs that adhere to the principles of Fair Trade Learning. This approach ensures that our educational travel programs benefit our participants and the local communities they engage with.In addition to iEXP 360, I play a strategic role in shaping the direction of iEXP 360 Solutions, focusing on creating innovative experiential learning modules that address the unique educational needs of diverse student groups.Together with my team, we strive to offer experiences that are not only educational but also foster global citizenship and cultural appreciation among our participants.
