Samrat is an Agile Transformation Lead and Practitioner, an outcome focused Servant Leader with a commitment to continuous improvement.Samrat has led multiple Agile Transformation Projects, Have been part of dozens of Agile Transformation initiatives, Org Restructuring to have more Agile aligned OD. Samrat has been actively working with Agile Centre of Excellence and have trained/mentored/Coached hundreds of people across organizations and engineering collages. Samrat is Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC & Certified Professional Scrum Master -II ( PSM-II PSPO Advance, DevOps & ITIL ), with experience in Team formation, Training, Mentoring and Agile Coaching.
