Currently working on a implementation of Costing System for one of the biggest Public Sector client in the region. Using Hyperion Planning as front end and HPCM as back end, costing system is implemented for over 55 legal entities of the client. Samrat is responsible for end to end delivery of the costing and pricing solution to the client.Worked on Oracle EPBCS implementation for Facilities Management Client. Delivered complete suite for Contracts, Workforce and Capex planning and budgeting. Project was recognized as one of the best implemented solution in the Oracle Open World.

Worked on Business Advisory and Implementation for one of the biggest Public Sector HPCM implementation in the MENA region.Samrat was solution architect wherein about 16 legacy systems were integrated to fetch more than 80 allocation driver data for 10 business segments of the client.More than 100 reports and 20 dashboards were prepared as part of the implementation.

Worked on Hyperion Planning and Calculation Manager Module for one of the biggest bank in UK.The client used Hyperion Planning for allocation of various expenses to branches.Agile methodology was being used in this implementation.

Worked with Profitability Practice as an Associate Consultant.Worked on an implementation project for one of the biggest FMCG Client in Kuwait. The solution enabled client analyze the profitability by Product and by Channel.Tools used for the solution are HPCM ( 4- Standard Module), Standalone ASO Application, ODI, FDMEE, Planning and OBIEE.Samrat was primary responsible for delivery of application which allocated Shared Service and Manufacturing Cost to Product and Channel combination.
