Jalan & Co., being a full-service law firm with established presence and 73-year rich history having its offices at New Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. having been associated with the firm from 2008 he had played a major role in its development and expansion.His extensive experience includes dealing in Arbitration before Tribunals and Commercial Litigations in Supreme Court of India, High Courts, DRT, NCLAT, and NCLT. He has been involved in commercial dispute resolutions, including litigation, Infrastructure arbitration and mediation as well as regulatory work, company matters, enforcement of restrictive covenants, bank guarantee matters few of which have been very well captured by legal reporting platforms such as LiveLaw, SCC, and Bar & Bench. He also deals in International Arbitration matters, disputes under FEMA laws and corporate documentation in respect of Merger, Acquisition, Mining Leases.
