Summer Internship
Worked in HR for 2 weeks, Finance for 2 weeks and Credit Department for 2 weeks. In the HR department, I took control over various applications forms. Based on the criteria given, I had to either accept or decline the candidate. Upon the approval of candidate, I had to contact them over telephone and book an appointment for the process of interview. Next two weeks in Finance, I analysed the financial figures of the bank. I used various financial analysis instruments to claculate its figures with past datas. This can be found in my Internship report.The last two weeks, I spent learning on Credit information of a customer, also referred as (CIC). During this period, I also learned about Credit Information of Bureau and its features. I made visits to several organisations that opted for loan. The visit was intended for inspection and determining how genuine the organisation is.
