Samrat grew up as a passionate learner, teacher, development professional and organization developer later, he founded the 'Shikshanganga Foundation' and leading responsibility as the Chief Executive Officer presently,he grew up in Pune city of Maharashtra.Today, Shikshanganga serves 6000+ students through its various projects.He closely worked with social -workers and youth across Maharashtra to build a nationwide development movement to provide world class quality education to children from rural, urban slums & tribal communities with the kind of education which can develop values , professional leadership skills and excellence during learning and growth for all the students,this is intended to develop empathetic and professional leaders at all the levels of society to serve as exemplary global citizens.Samrat has been most passionate about research and developmental things since his Under-Graduate Education at Fergusson College (Autonomous) Pune; he closely worked & performed in many leadership roles during undergraduate.Recently, he completed his Teach For India fellowship as an elementary teacher for the government school at Pimpri - Chinchwad, Pune.
