Based on my performance, I was asked to repeat the internship program multiple times.• Analyzed underwriter productivity based on plan, actual and benchmark premium and policy counts. These productivity models were used by business unit leadership to plan and support the 2018 census plan.• Used “combo boxes” to analyze trends and determine why additional accounts were not obtained by the Public Sector business unit.
