During my internship in the field of aviation psychology, I have the unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a comprehensive testing form tailored specifically for pilots. This experience allows me to apply my knowledge in organisational psychology to a specialised domain, ensuring the mental well-being and optimal performance of aviation professionals.Key Achievements:✈️ Form Design and Implementation: Spearheaded the creation of a testing form that assessed various psychological factors crucial for pilot performance, including stress management, decision-making skills, and cognitive flexibility.
