I was working as a KYC Associate handling MENA Team(UAE).To Know Your Customer Services (KYCS) team provides our internal clients with consistent and best-in-class client identification, client screening and due diligence processes. Using authenticated information from clients, relationship managers and reliable external sources, the KYCS team complies an assessment of the risk of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and other financial crimes to protect HSBC’s reputation and meet regulatory obligation.

I was working both as a Site Supervisor & a Designer and was also handling all the projects till the execution period. Supervised relations with sub-contractors for fabrication, installations, furniture, carpeting, painting, tile work and other related items. Anticipated problems and devised corrective measures.  Assisted in execution of operating strategies and plans. Resolved problems of customers with corrective action. Monitored and reviewed project work.

Designing Department:  Was responsible for the planning and designing of all the interiors 2d Drawings in Autocad software. Consulted with clients discussing project particulars like budgets, architectural preferences, deadlines and payment arrangements.

Designing Department: Was responsible for the planning of all interiors 2d Drawings in Autocad software according to Vastu. Involved in specific selection like lightning products and the artworks. Site Visit for measurement of the given area to be designed.

Duties: Advised clients on latest trends, concerns and changes in benefits and insurance industry. Advised clients on variety of benefit programs and insurance plans.
