I am appointed as Field Support Officer with different working aspects to including community engagement, case intake along with followup, documentation, stakeholder engagements as well. A team consisted of 24 paralegals work under my supervision. Duties including:•Assisting the District Field Officer/ District Coordinator in implantation of project activities at district level.•Planing and organizing various meetings, events and trainings.•Coordinate DFO in developing work plan for smooth implementation of planned project activities.•Identification of paralegals at district level and connecting them with communities.•Conducting advocacy and lobbying meetings with district level stakeholders.•Technical backstopping to the paralegals in filling the complaints of the clients of community to the offices of Ombudsman.•Technical trainings to the paralegals in implementation of the objective of the project.•Writing event activities and reports, documenting success stories and keeping track record of all the field activities.•Managing and record keeping on the online Google Drive.•Close coordination with field team ensuring the target meeting effectively

CMAM component, Targeted Supplementary Feeding Program (TSFP) implemented by World Food Program (WFP) in vulnerable and flood affected communities across the District. Duties including:•Micro planing for the outreach to identify the communities.•Introduce the aim and effect of the project and debrief about the use and effect of the supplementary food to the individuals of community.•Give them awareness about nutrition, health and hygiene of mother and child through the planned sessions.•Identify the malnourished pregnant and breastfeeding women having MUAC below 21cm.•Identify the children aging from 6 to 59 months having MUAC between 11.5cm to 12.4cm refered as moderate malnourishment. •Refer the severe malnourished children to the NSC or medical officer for further treatment.•Distribute the supplementary food with providing precautionary measures of usage and storage of the food.•Ensure the usage and timeline for follow-up purpose.•Pay visits to the communities and give follow-up tho the existing beneficiaries and register new one.

A project Funded by USAID-BHA, emergency response to the vulnerable and 2022 flood affected communities in sindh. in which we offered services like selection of the community, household and beneficiaries according to the set criteria •Collect the specific data using various data collection tools.•Implement a micro plan for community outreach activities and support the community regarding complaint response mechanism.•Area mapping to identify distribution points with the consultation of community leaders and focal person.•Implant a plan for the successful distribution of multipurpose cash, non-food items, basi shelters & permanent shelters and effective trench of the vaccination of livestock.•Instant application of monitoring tools including baseline, midline, endline, post distribution monitoring and effective monitoring.•Data entry in Excel, KOBO/CTO toolbox, data analysation and finalize the information for distribution/token formation
